APP Overview Voca (AKA RoboKiller Enterprise) is a B2B product that provides companies with two distinct services. First, the product can enhance enterprise security by filtering spam calls and texts targeted at employees. Additionally, it can protect brand reputation through real-time call analysis and monitoring to detect bad actors abusing that company’s brand.

Problem Statements 🤔

UX problems
  • Need to update the existing design library to show various graphs on the dashboard.
  • The team was not sure which API to use. I need to create a highly flexible prototype.
Business Challenge
  • The team was unsure what information was needed for possible customers.

Approaches 🙋🏻‍♀️

Create a Prototype That is Easy to Modify
  • I worked closely with the marketing designer to suggest updating colors for better accessibility.
  • Design some of the dashboard components similar to the existing RoboKiller data dashboard to speed up implementation.

Design Solution #1: Create Dashboard Prototype

Ideation
The team discussed the possible customers and the timeframe of the projects. Also, we met with the Business Intelligence team to find any other data customers might be interested in.
Wireframes
I wireframed various screens from these early ideation and brainstorming sessions with product managers, the marketing team, and database developers. Since it’s a brand-new product, there were many aspects we were not settled on when I started working on the projects. I researched and added possible features in the MVP versions and suggested adding features that could be included in the later version.
